The official presentation of the international investment and real estate project OPUS Prosperity, partner of the „BO Latino Party,“ demonstrated that personal development, connecting people, dance, and business opportunities that benefit the whole society go perfectly hand in hand. Event founder Mgr. Radek Přepiora and his business partner Tomáš Repaský welcomed guests at Skelet Kafé for a party that left an indelible mark on the hearts of all visitors.
Dance as a School of Leadership and Mutual Respect
During the festive evening, the CEO of OPUS Prosperity, Mgr. Radek Přepiora, delivered a thank-you speech to all colleagues and guests set to the legendary melody „Live Is Life“ by the band OPUS, connecting the world of real estate investment with a deeper philosophy of personal growth. In his address, he shared a thought inspired by the iconic movie Shall We Dance?:
“Through dance, we learn not only to better feel the music and understand one another, but above all, we learn to lead with confidence and accept leadership with trust.”
This idea perfectly encapsulates the approach of OPUS Prosperity – strong leadership, mutual respect, the ability to listen to the needs of others, the courage to set the direction, and the commitment to achieving set goals.

Every great project and idea needs its initial spark. In his personal expression of gratitude, Radek Přepiora explained what stood at the very beginning:
“The idea for today’s party came from a wonderfully beautiful ‚Lady dance‘ who brought fantastic inspiration into my life. And let’s face it, without her, we wouldn’t be here today. Eva, thank you.”
This moment highlighted chivalry and the human dimension of the entire evening. True leadership maturity was further revealed when Radek Přepiora used his speech to extend a hand of cooperation to attending representatives of former opponents. He proved that the vision of OPUS Prosperity is not limited by old disputes and that great alliances are born where people build a new and bright future together.
