Privacy Policy
Effective from: 14 September 2026
1. Who processes your personal data
OPUS Prosperity is a trade name of the project and is not a separate legal entity.
The controller of personal data obtained through the general contact forms on the OPUS Prosperity website, subscriptions to information, expressions of interest in the OPUS Prosperity Club and subsequent communication with interested parties is:
Mgr. Bc. Radek Přepiora, self-employed individual
Company ID: 73156965
Registered address: Jaromíra Šamala 675/17, 725 25 Ostrava – Polanka nad Odrou, Czech Republic
TR NATURALIO s.r.o., Company ID 09169857, provides exclusively activities related to real estate brokerage within the OPUS Prosperity project and is not the controller of the general OPUS Prosperity contact and prospect database.
If your enquiry relating to a specific real estate service is transferred to TR NATURALIO s.r.o., that company will process the transferred personal data as a separate controller to the extent necessary to provide real estate brokerage services.
2. What personal data we process
Depending on how you communicate with us, we may process in particular:
- first name and surname,
- email address,
- telephone number,
- information provided in a contact form or other communication,
- information about your interest and enquiry,
- data relating to subscriptions to commercial communications,
- technical data relating to the use of the website and cookies to the extent described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Handling enquiries and communicating with interested parties – in particular responding to questions, arranging a consultation and communicating about an expressed interest. The legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to potentially entering into a contract and, where appropriate, the legitimate interest in handling the communication.
Introducing an interested party to a professional or business partner – where necessary to handle a specific enquiry. The interested party will be informed of any transfer of personal data to another independent controller in accordance with applicable law.
Sending newsletters and other commercial communications – where you have subscribed to them or where sending them is otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each commercial communication.
Compliance with legal obligations – where retention or other processing is required by law.
Protection of the controller’s rights and legitimate interests – for example when dealing with potential claims or disputes.
4. Who may receive personal data
Personal data may be disclosed, to the extent necessary, in particular to providers of website hosting and operation, email and database services, Ecomail and other suppliers providing technical and administrative services.
For a specific enquiry, data may also be transferred to the relevant business or professional partner, in particular a foreign real estate partner, developer or other service provider, where the transfer is necessary to handle your enquiry and an appropriate legal basis exists.
If a specific real estate case is transferred to TR NATURALIO s.r.o., TR NATURALIO s.r.o. becomes a separate controller of the data it receives and further processes for real estate brokerage purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
In connection with an interest in foreign real estate, it may in specific cases be necessary to transfer personal data to a partner or developer outside the European Economic Area.
Such a transfer takes place only where an appropriate legal basis exists and the conditions laid down by applicable data protection law are met. The interested party will be informed about the specific recipient and any transfer to a third country where required by applicable law.
6. How long we retain personal data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained.
Data relating to a specific enquiry is retained while the enquiry is being handled and subsequently for as long as necessary to protect the controller’s rights and legitimate interests or for the period required by law.
Data used to send commercial communications is processed until you unsubscribe or until another legal basis for processing ceases to apply.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions laid down by the GDPR, you have in particular the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request erasure of personal data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- request data portability where the statutory conditions are met,
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise your rights by emailing radek.prepiora@opusprosperity.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable law.
8. Cookies
The OPUS Prosperity website may use strictly necessary cookies and, based on your settings or consent, analytical or other cookies.
Details about the cookies used and how to change your settings can be found in the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time, in particular following changes in how personal data is processed, the services used or applicable law. The current version is always published on this page.
